Who am I?

I’m a thirty-three year career first responder, retiring as a Battalion Chief with the City of San Jose Fire Department (10th largest in the nation). I married my high school sweetheart 44 years ago and we are blessed with four adult children & seven grandchildren.
Despite numerous injuries, PTSD-like symptoms, severe pain, and other normal dysfunctional attributes, I have experienced healing, peace, and a joyful life changing transformation-from within-through my training & experiences becoming a certified Life Coach.
I desire to continue a lifetime of service as your Life Coach so you "Enjoy Life Sol Fully"℠ and live In-Joy!
