As a certified Coaching Professional, I'm uniquely able, and very blessed, to draw from a lifetime of vast experiences and perspectives that very few others have. Whether it's 30+ years coaching sports, 33+ years as a First Responder, 20+ years as a instructor & high school substitute teacher, managing a $5 million dollar business, a career development specialist, curriculum developer, writer, public speaker, elected official, project manager, 2 years as the "Personal Success & Well-Being Mentor" to the staff & players of the Bay Area Panthers professional football team of the Indoor Football League (IFL), husband, father, grandfather, or years of scripture study and spiritual mentoring.

 

These insights help people create new ways to see, hear, and paths to travel, means to cope and/or overcome their own self limitations and life's circumstances, bring forth from the sub-conscious things previously hidden, manage and see pain in a new light, clear barriers from their mind, allow one to "Enjoy Life Sol Fully"℠ & live In Joy, achieve desires, be successful, live grounded, connected & aligned, and experience peace as never before.

 

I first learned about Life Coaching after I hit a roadblock in my own life and almost committed suicide. The techniques I developed from my training were so successful that friends and family began asking me for help. This motivated me to turn my passion to serve others, into a new way that I could reach and help more people.
